I’m Ashley, and I spent most of my adult life pretending I was ok, when inside, I was crumbling. I had no idea the power I had over my own mind which bullied me daily- feeling like I wasn’t pretty enough, that I was too much, that I wasn’t capable.
But that all changed 7 years ago when I learned how to stop being my own worst enemy and started taking responsibility for who and what I allowed into my life.
I’m here to teach young women what I know now so that they don’t spend another minute questioning if they are enough.
